We are looking for quantitative traders who are passionate about seeking out and trading on pricing inefficiencies. As a member of our team, the Quantitative Trader will be using our in-house trading system to develop and deploy algorithmic trading strategies based on patterns in market behavior.

Responsibilities

​

• Building models, strategies, and systems that trade a variety of financial instruments

• Analyzing large datasets, building and testing models, and helping in production deployment

• Monitoring production trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly responding to unusual behaviors or market conditions

• Developing programming scripts and applications to automate and facilitate our trading system

Qualifications

​

• A bachelor's or master's degree in any technical discipline

• An ability to apply logical and mathematical thinking to all kinds of problems

• Love to write great code

• Experience dealing with a large amount of data/tick data is a plus

• Think and communicate precisely and openly. Our working environment is highly collaborative, and we are looking for people who can communicate effectively

Financial experience is not required but understanding in trading is a plus!
